We understand that you may need more time than anticipated. No Problem. Additional time is $1.50 per minute over the scheduled booking period (contingent on appointments after you.) 

​You will be charged for the appointment start and end time. If you arrive late, you will still be charged for your scheduled time and will have to finish by the scheduled end time.

​Need your tape ASAP? No problem:  A $20 charge will be applied to tapes due within 24 hours of filming. 

ALL self-tapes filmed on Sunday and needed before noon on Monday are considered a “rush.”

​If you would like multiple takes for each scene, there is a $5 fee per edit.

​24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything less than 24 hours is subject to a full cancellation fee of the time booked (including coaching if that was purchased.)  No-shows will also be charged for full price booked (including coaching if it was requested.) If the cancelation fee is not paid, you cannot use our services until the balance is paid.​​

No outside readers. Absolutely no photography or video in the studio.

Studio is under 24/7 video surveillance.
